Six activities. One continuous stack.

Most vendors hand you off at the edge of their scope. We cover design, content, applications, infrastructure and the network they all run on — so nothing falls through the gaps between them.

Approach

The advantage of owning the whole stack.

When the same team draws the interface and racks the switch, integration stops being a negotiation between vendors.

One partner, top to bottom

Four layers, one contract, one accountable team. No finger-pointing when something between them breaks.

  • Interface & brand
  • Applications & content
  • Servers, storage & cloud
  • Network & connectivity

Built for the region

Bilingual English and Arabic interfaces, right-to-left layouts, and hosting placed close to your audience across the Gulf.

Security is not a phase

Segmentation, least-privilege access, patch discipline and tested backups are part of the build — never a later line item.

Day-two operations

Launch is the midpoint. Monitoring, maintenance windows, incident response and a named contact continue after handover.

You own everything

Source code, design files, domains, credentials and documentation are yours from day one. No lock-in, no hostage keys.

Process

Predictable delivery, start to finish.

The same five stages whether we are designing a landing page or cabling a new floor.

  1. 01

    Discover

We audit what exists, map what you actually need, and write down the constraints — budget, timelines, compliance, the lot.

  2. 02

    Design

Architecture and interface designed together. You see wireframes, network diagrams and a costed plan before anyone builds.

  3. 03

    Build

Delivered in short increments you can review. Staging environments, weekly demos, no six-month black box.

  4. 04

    Deploy

Cutover planned to the hour, rehearsed on staging, executed in your quietest window with a rollback ready.

  5. 05

    Operate

Monitoring, patching, backups and support under an agreed SLA — with a named contact who already knows your setup.

FAQ

Questions we get asked first.

Straight answers, before you pick up the phone.

Can you take on just one part of the stack?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with a website or a network refresh and nothing else. Covering all six activities means we can grow with you — it does not mean you have to buy all of it.

Do you work with our existing IT team or vendors?

Regularly. We can act as the delivery arm for an in-house team, or slot in alongside an incumbent provider with clearly documented boundaries so nobody is guessing who owns what.

What does a project typically cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so we quote per engagement after discovery. You get a fixed, itemised proposal before any work begins — hardware, licences and ongoing support listed separately from build.

How quickly can you start?

Discovery can usually begin within a week of a signed proposal. Infrastructure and cabling work is scheduled around hardware lead times and your building's access rules, which we confirm during the site survey.

Do you provide ongoing support after launch?

Yes — monitoring, patching, backups and a support channel under an agreed SLA. Most clients keep us on a monthly managed arrangement; some prefer an on-call retainer. Both are available.

Where is our data hosted?

Wherever your requirements dictate. We work with UAE and regional data centres as well as the major cloud providers, and we will tell you plainly which option fits your residency and latency needs.

A short call is usually enough to tell whether we can help — and we will say so plainly if we cannot.
